STELLY LLC — TERMS OF SERVICE FOR 0 PERCENT PARTNERS

1. Who We Are

Stelly LLC, doing business as 0 Percent Partners (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), provides marketing, lead generation, and data-routing services. We are not a lender, broker, financial institution, credit repair company, or financial advisor.
Our role is strictly to collect and route information you voluntarily provide to independent third-party fulfillment partners (“Fulfillment Partners”).

2. Nature of Our Services (Marketing Affiliate Only)

Stelly LLC is a marketing affiliate and does not:

Provide lending, underwriting, credit decisions, or funding

Provide financial, legal, or tax advice

Guarantee outcomes, approvals, or financial results

Represent users as an agent or fiduciary

All funding decisions, terms, offers, approvals, and outcomes are made solely by Fulfillment Partners.

3. No Guarantees or Promises

Stelly LLC makes no guarantees regarding:

Funding approval

Funding amounts

Interest rates or promotional terms

Timelines or processing speeds

Credit score outcomes

Financial, business, or revenue results

All services are provided strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you represent and agree that:

All information you submit is accurate, complete, and truthful.

You understand Stelly LLC does not influence credit decisions or provide funding.

You authorize us to transmit your information to Fulfillment Partners.

You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make.

You understand that all agreements, fees, and terms are between you and the Fulfillment Partner, not Stelly LLC.

5. Data Collection, Routing & Consent

By submitting information, you consent to Stelly LLC:

Collecting, storing, and routing your information to Fulfillment Partners

Sharing your information with partners, affiliates, service providers, and marketing platforms

Allowing Fulfillment Partners to contact you directly

Using tracking technologies (cookies, pixels, IP logs, device IDs, etc.)

Once information is transmitted to a Fulfillment Partner, their privacy policy and data practices apply.
Stelly LLC cannot delete, modify, or control information after it has been shared with a Fulfillment Partner.

6. Limitation of Liability (Maximum Protection)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Stelly LLC is not liable for:

Fulfillment Partner decisions, actions, errors, or omissions

Denied funding or reduced funding

Fees charged by Fulfillment Partners

Credit score impacts or credit decisions

Business losses, lost profits, or opportunity costs

Data breaches, unauthorized access, or misuse of data by Fulfillment Partners

Inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information submitted by users

Any financial, legal, or personal consequences of using our services

Total liability of Stelly LLC is limited to the amount paid directly to us (typically $0).

You voluntarily waive all claims against Stelly LLC and 0 Percent Partners.

7. Additional Liability Protections

You acknowledge and agree that:

Stelly LLC is not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, privacy practices, decisions, or service quality of any Fulfillment Partner or third party.

Stelly LLC does not set, control, or review any fees, terms, or agreements offered by Fulfillment Partners.

Stelly LLC does not monitor or verify user data; all data is self-submitted.

Stelly LLC does not guarantee that any Fulfillment Partner will approve or fund you.

Stelly LLC does not sell personal information for monetary value. Data is shared only to fulfill your voluntary request for routing.

Stelly LLC shall not be liable for any unauthorized access, breach, misuse, or alteration of data after transmission to Fulfillment Partners.

Stelly LLC is not responsible for any harm arising from advice, representations, or agreements made by Fulfillment Partners.

8. No Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice

Any information, marketing content, or educational material presented by Stelly LLC is general information only and does not constitute:

9. Indemnification

Your agreements with Fulfillment Partners

Third-party actions

Your violation of these Terms

Your violation of any applicable law

10. Third-Party Services & Responsibilities

Fulfillment Partners operate independently and are not controlled, supervised, or overseen by Stelly LLC.

We are not responsible for:

Their contracts

Their performance

Their customer service

Their compliance with laws

Their rates, terms, or decisions

Your agreements with them form a separate relationship.

11. Communications Consent

By submitting your information, you consent to receiving communication from Stelly LLC and its Fulfillment Partners via:

Email

Phone

SMS/text

Automated dialing systems

Marketing messages

You may opt out at any time.

12. Disclaimers

Stelly LLC does not guarantee:

Any particular financial outcome

That its website or services will be error-free or uninterrupted

That any Fulfillment Partner will contact you or offer terms

All use is at your own risk.

13. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

By using the services, you agree that all disputes:

Will be resolved through binding individual arbitration

Cannot be brought in court

Cannot be pursued as a class action or collective proceeding

Must be filed in the state where Stelly LLC operates

This arbitration agreement applies to all claims relating to your use of our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
